Order and Shipment Confirmations
When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make further changes, simply reply to the confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can no longer make any changes to your order.
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible. Please note, you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
Regardless of your order size, we pay your shipping. If you are unable to receive either USPS, please call Customer Service at 1 (866) 588-6656 for assistance.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please call Customer Service at 1 (866) 588-6656. Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. Depending on the nature of the return, or if you return an item without contacting Customer Service, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs
